IT Project Manager responsible for partnering with the business, enterprise project management office and technology personnel to deliver business value through business process improvement, organizational change and/or technology integration.
Primary interface to business users, subject matter experts and managers and will be held accountable for developing a strong partnership promoting a collaborative and unified working relationship. Most importantly they will foster strong end-to-end ownership of assignments holding themselves and the team accountable for the timely delivery of their assignments.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide proactive leadership and quickly establish credibility with cross-functional teams including IT, PMO and the business.
Effectively lead/facilitate and document work shops, JADD sessions and meetings.
Challenge existing processes and deliverables, define new or evolve processes and deliverables to improve efficiency and effectiveness of products and services provided to the business.
Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with both technical and non-technical people at all levels in a clear concise manner.
Conduct research and analysis of business requirements, procedures, problems and available technologies to define systems solutions that increase work efficiency and effectiveness.
Consults with business, IT and third-party resources to identify and document business needs.
Creates, maintains and manages business description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems.
Provide expertise in the creation and evolution of key SDLC artifacts.

5+ years of experience with and comprehensive understanding of Mortgage Servicing processes and associated Mortgage Lines of Business.
5+ years of hands-on experience in project initiation and business requirements and analysis with an emphasis on producing clear and concise functional requirements.
5+ years of hands-on experience in technical analysis and design techniques including use case diagrams, business process flows, data flow and entity-relationship diagrams.
