IT Project Support Analyst (PMO Analyst) - ATL00161 US-OH-Cleveland
      The overall purpose of the Project Support Analyst / PMO Analyst role is to provide PSA/PMO disciplines to the Service Delivery teams within a given functional team to ensure a high quality of service to our customers. PSA/PMO disciplines include:

      - Governance and Reporting

      - Demand Management

      - Resource Management

      - Planning Management

      - Finance Management

      - Quality Management

      - Change Control Management

      - RAID Management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions)

      - Benefits Management

      - Configuration Management

      - Communications

      The PSA/PMO Analyst will take ownership and drive two or more of the above disciplines with limited direction required and is to develop own knowledge and skills within project and program lifecycles. Each PSA/PMO Analyst may support one or more PMO Managers or Program/Project Manager.

      Monitor baseline plans to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget and schedule
      • Understand and apply key planning principles to ensure quality in plans produced
      • Ensure risks and issues management on programs/projects are kept accurate and are handled in timely manner
      • Ability to produce management information as directed
      • Assist in financial management with tracking spend and producing variances analysis
      • Assist in governance and reporting
      • Assist in change control process
      • Support checklist driven quality reviews
      • Support project and program communications
      • Collation and quality check of project/program status reports prior to submissions
      To qualify, candidates must have: Technical skills requirements

      Support PMO Manager and PMO Team

      Manage Joiner and Leaver Process

      Maintain Program Organisation Charts

      Maintain Program Contacts List

      Control timesheet entries

      Check invoices and reconcile

      Assist with project planning process

      Support Change Control Process

      Support RAID Management

      Support with general meeting management

      Gather artefacts for quality reviews

      Produce project KPIs

      Support Status Reporting
      • Additional skills requirements
      o Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
      o Familiarity of generic project/program methodologies
      o Customer orientation and responsiveness
      o Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
      o Outstanding self management , influence management , information presentation and interpersonal, communication
      o English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
      o Experience working in a global IT environment preferred
      Reports to the Project or Program Manager or PMO Manager
      o Support project team members directly or indirectly in their roles
      Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in related subject, or equivalent work experience
      Experience:
      • 1 to 3 years in an IT environment
      • 1 to 3 years experience on small projects
      • Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
