Our locations nationally are looking to fill full time, contract to hire positions to support our local Fortune 500 companies. The person that would be most successful in this position would have a minimum of five years performing the following:
Job Purpose: Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits;
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Recruiter local and non-local contract and contract to hire candidates in I.T. positions in Process, Infrastructure, Applications, and Support.
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates that fit our clients culture and needs.
Perform rate and salary negotiations for w2 and Corp to Corp candidates.
Provide strong customer service to client over the phone and email regarding follow up and candidates feedback.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and training events before, during, or after work hours.
Strong knowledge in job search tools such as Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder, Corp-Corp, LinkedIN, Twitter.
Have a solid rapport with the local markets. Performed national recruiting a minimum of two years.
Poses a strong work ethic that thrives on helping a medium company grow.
Need a team player with a "can do" attitude, self-motivated and has the drive to make a difference.
