This position is responsible for the design of high end complex reports and dashboards that meet the specific needs of the Full Service 360 business unit.
The FS360 Analyst supports FS360 business goals by the generation, development, and delivery of meaningful data to the FS360 customer base. Candidate will be required to be analytical and technically oriented and will develop end user reports and to assist with the overall support of the build and maintenance of the FS360 reports structure.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

•Responsible for FS360 business unit needs as it relates to the generation, development and creation of recurring reporting in a timely and accurate manner
•Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis
•Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
•Drive and challenge the FS360 business unit on the assumptions of how we will successfully execute on a consistent exceptional customer experience
•Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
•Work with the business teams to determine functional and technical requirements, design recommendations, as well as, testing and deployment requirements
•Work directly with business units to define requirements and support various business initiatives and projects as it relates to data mining and report development
•Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
•Interact with all levels of management and line of business groups as appropriate
•Working knowledge of databases
Knowledge and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Ability to effectively drive solutions in a complex work environment with differing priorities
Demonstrated ability to understand and apply IT in solving business problems
Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems
Ability to stay current with ESI internal System Changes
Exceptional time management abilities
Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent work experience; two (2) to four (4) years of experience as a business/reporting analyst; knowledge of desktop applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio
Preferred: Knowledge of business system applications and products; ITIL Foundation
