Scrum Master
We’re changing the way payers (private and public) process healthcare claims by ensuring they are high quality and complete in order to reduce the estimated $750 billion in waste and fraud within the healthcare system. To help with this, we are looking for a passionate experienced Scrum Master to coach and guide the development process that results in high quality product.

What You'll Do
•You will guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
•You will guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
•You will coach the team to higher levels of SCRUM maturity
•You will identify and remove impediments (or guiding the team to remove impediments), prevent distractions that interfere with team ability to deliver
•You will foster a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving.
•You will facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
•You will organize and facilitate discussions, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, demos, decision making, and conflict resolution.
•You will assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
•You will maintain process documentation and agile tracking systems to provide transparency and leverage JIRA to organize activity
•You will prepare and deliver program status reports that are meaningful
•You will make contributions to the product roadmap and timeline working collaboratively with the product team
•You will ensure the development teams are practicing the agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility
•You will assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
•You will assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition
•You will foster a fun yet productive atmosphere

Required Skills and Knowledge:

What you have
•You have strong skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
•You have successfully used Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, and/or as other techniques to realize the full potential of the Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
•You know how to balance use of Agile techniques and tools for a “right-sized” solution to the meet the needs of the business without over engineering.
•General knowledge of the technologies used by the development team such as NET 3.5/4.0/4.5 framework, C#
•Previous experience as a team lead
•Strong competency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PPM, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, JIRA, etc.)
•You have excellent problem solving and analytic skills
•You have unparalleled written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
•You have an ability to work effectively in a dynamic and developing organization with comfort in adapting to changes
•You exude servant leadership and lead by example

Education and Experience:

•You have a BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related.
•You may or may not have a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II)
•You have the experience required to be able to perform to the role successfully
