The duties of this position will be to manage wireless hardware and service by ordering and canceling service, ordering hardware, data entry of the asset in the asset database and processing wireless invoices and interfaces. Evaluate and monitor operational activities of an assigned program/project including interpretation and application of policies and procedures; setting up and monitoring accounts; receipt and application of payments; compilation and preparation of fiscal, statistical and related program reports; calculation of financial data, update accounts and provide program expenditures and available balances; maintain files and update/input records. Additionally this position will maintain the records system, review application and data for accuracy and content, and assist and respond to customers needs.

Skills / Requirements Associates degree from an accredited college with major course work in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Office Administration, or related field PLUS two years administrative experience in one or more of the following business functions: leasing; contracts; finance, or invoicing.

OR

A High School Diploma or GED Certification PLUS four years of administrative experience in one or more of the following business functions: leasing, contracts, finance or invoicing may substitute for the educational requirement.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Strongly prefer candidates with knowledge of wireless services, equipment and technology language. Knowledge of policies and procedures related to Purchasing, the requisition and purchase of materials and supplies, preparing bid information, and or coordinating with staff on purchasing needs. Evaluating and monitoring operational activities of an assigned program/project including interpretation and application of policies and procedures. Setting up and monitoring accounts; receiving and applying payments, and maintaining files and updating/inputting records. Responding to and resolving customers inquiries, and directing to appropriate personnel. Knowledge of record keeping, principles and practices of mathematics, computer equipment, and experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook desired.
