Job Summary: The objective of the MC is to grow and develop a very loyal, satisfied and profitable client base. The Managing Consultant (MC) is the primary relationship liaison between All Covered and an assigned ACC client base. The MC is responsible for the complete management of the relationship (from initial sales meeting to potential termination of services).

Duties and Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage a group of clients to include:
Client retention
Client satisfaction
Client profitability
ACC/Project revenue and realized rate
ACC terms and pricing
Procurement revenue
Extended services/offerings
  • Overall responsibility for client communications.
  • Create and present Assessments and Technology Business Plans
  • Support sales team’s efforts by attending sales appointments and acting as market representative.
  • Coordinate with client account team in order to leverage resources as needed.
  • Identify and propose additional projects.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction.
  • Is viewed by client as business partner and IT advisor.
  • Maintain overall utilization rate between 50-60% with focus on escalations, projects, Assessments and TBPs.
Qualifications:
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years (five years preferred) of work experience in account management and technology consulting.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be able to learn new concepts, applications and technologies quickly
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, is a self starter, and thinks outside of the box
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Executive-level presentation skills delivering effective technical and strategic presentations to clients
  • Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through
  • Comfortable interacting at all levels within an organization
Internal/External Contacts:
Daily interaction with variety of clients and prospects. When appropriate, leverage internal expertise and experience across All Covered. The MC collaborates with the Systems Engineering Manager to ensure support expectations are met. The MC works closely with the Business Development Manager and DCS to acquire new business.
