      Job Description:
      • Ensures customers receive immediate and high quality customer service
        • Receives customer requests via ACD calls, automated ticket generation, voicemails, and personal visits
        • Registers all requests through a call tracking tool
      • Performs first responder duties
        • Utilizes approved knowledge tools to resolve or escalate requests
        • Gathers required information to ensure efficient transition to 2nd level specialists, business IT partners or service owners
        • Manages the communication of status updates to customers
        • Ensures all requests/tickets are properly documented
      Work Experience/ Skills Required: · One year experience in a IT technician or IT customer support role OR Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS related field
      · Excellent customer services and phone skills
      · Excellent communication and organizational skills
      · Organized approach to problem solving and performing research
      Work Experience/ Skills Preferred: · 3 to 5 years’ experience in an IT technician or IT customer support role
      · IT Helpdesk/call center experience
      · IT ticketing system experience
      · Multi-lingual
      · LAN/WAN networking environment experience
      · Experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Office products (2K+), Windows XP
      · CompTIA A+ and N+
      · MCP, MCTS
      Education Required:
      • High School Diploma/GED
      • Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS related field OR equivalent work experience
