IT Services Administrator will provide technical support (both onsite and remote) to employees throughout our US operations for issues relating to but not inclusive of laptops, desktops, software, printers and communication devices.

  • Administer, deploy, and troubleshoot VOIP phones throughout US
  • Audio Visual & Video Conference Support
  • Assist with remote district start-ups/refreshes
  • Maintain hardware inventory for local offices and remote US districts
  • Participate in afterhours support rotation
  • Responsible for the setup and configuration of new personal computers; desktops and laptops
  • Responsible for the setup and configuration of new and reissued smartphones
  • Responsible for the decommissioning of company assets at the end of their lifecycle
  • Resolve any technical support issues which arise with employees on a daily basis; local home office and regional district
  • Responsible for the shipping and receiving of computer equipment, ensure all inventory is in asset database
  • Setup and maintenance of employee network accounts
  • Some travel required
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or help desk
  • MCDST or A+ certification desired
  • Ability to adapt to changing working conditions
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers and interact in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Ability to be organized and follow a systematic method of performing a task
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and produce quality work
  • Skilled in applying problem-solving techniques to problems that may arise
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in verbal and written form
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with employees, management, and customers
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft operating systems
