QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Experience: Must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. For all positions individual must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

To qualify for this position at the GS-11 level you must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level. Specialized Experience is defined as experience ensuring all aspects of information systems operations are in accordance with the industry standard information assurance principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, as well as, experience with software installation, security application, and compliance with DoD regulations, policies, directives and public law.
OR you may substitute education for experience as follows: a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree or LL.M. Degree must be in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or a doctoral degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks may be substituted for experience
