Position Description: Citizant is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to work at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) generating reports and supporting the Project Manager.Responsibilities: Monitor USAccess and IRS internal databases. Identify employees and contractors needing a SmartID card. Update the HSPD-12 procedure manual. Design and/or modify database queries to identify missing data for issuing SmartID cards. Maintain, prepare and submit ICAM reports for SmartID card rekey, renewals, and others as needed. Maintain Credentialing Station Interactive Map (HTML). Maintain SharePoint content and manage user access. Identify areas of improvement for SmartID card issuance. Analyze and determine opportunities for workload optimization. Update and maintain contents of IRS Intranet website. Act as liaison with other Business units, organizations, and teams for new hire records, USAccess, rekeys, renewals and other SmartID concerns. Organize and/or attend ICAM monthly registrar meeting and other meetings as required or needed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and ExperienceRequired: Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel 2007/2010 and Microsoft Access 2007/2010 for data management, data analysis, coordination, and reporting. Experience using HTML code and maintaining websites. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to handle confidential information. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team. Desired: At least 2 years of work experience IRS or Treasury environment. At least 2 years of expert experience in business and system analysis. Advance experience with creating and running queries and understanding databases. Prior experience as a SmartID Card Registrar and/or Activator. Knowledge of HSPD-12 mandate and associated guidelines. EducationRequired: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
