As an integral part of the IT Team, you will provide internal, on-site support via phone, email and other electronic mediums. Because you understand the importance of staying on top of IT issues, you are detail oriented, organized and self motivated as you set up equipment for MeLLmo staff ensuring proper installation of both operating system and software as you identify and resolve IT issues with varying levels of urgency. You love IT and helping your internal customers, so you take pride in everything you do as you create new accounts using company provided hardware & software, troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware & software issues for MAC/PC users and install/perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Using your technical expertise, you easily support & assist users with effective use of Microsoft Office, Google Apps & WebEx and thrive in our environment that enables you to use your innate ability to multitask, prioritize projects and work in self-directed mode.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical/IT-related discipline.
- 1+ years of related experience in a professional/corporate environment.
- Proficiency in the following technologies: TCP/IP, LAN, WiFi, DNS, DHCP, POP3, IMAP, SMTP
- Solid experience troubleshooting hardware and software related issues.
- Ability/willing to lift over 25lbs.
- Must be able to type at 40-60 wpm minimum.
