IT Analysis, responsible for the implementation and support of multiple applications across many Retail, Manufactruing and Logistic locations. The applications span the functions of Construction Engineering, Maintenance, Inspection, Procurement, Materials Management, Lab Management, Control Systems, Security, and others. IBM's Maximo is the centerpiece application and demands the most focus. Provide IT related project management services such as software implementations and upgrades, new software evaluations and user impact analysis. Provide primary systems support liaison services for 3rd party applications, and the management of contractor personnel. The position requires a technical component where the individual will need to demonstrate the skills required to support this diverse portfilio of applications.
Degree in Information Technology or related field; minimum of five (5) years experience working with IBM's Maximo Application. Very skilled and experienced in the use of the Maximo System Configuration and Integration toolsets is required. Requires strong Oracle RDBMS and SQL Server skills; experience in data analysis; excellent written and oral communications, presentation and documentation skills; accomplished user support skills. Must possess the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously; exhibit ability to act independently in assessing proper solutions or developing action plans, and implement accordingly; must display technical and application aptitude in addressing technology and user issues and be able to react to critical business needs in a timely manner with limited guidance.
