The FS360 IT Strategists role is to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives for all FS360 customers. The IT Strategist directs the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of FS360 client’s operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, business development and regulatory compliance. This individual is responsible for consulting on all aspects of the FS360 client’s operations information technology and systems. In addition the IT Strategist provides strategic leadership and examination support. The IT Strategist acts as the primary point of contact for the FS360 customer.
Support IT strategic and operational planning to achieve FS360 business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization as required by business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Examples of key duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature.
o Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Networks.
o Design and Implement System Backup and Recovery, and System Monitoring Solutions.
o Experience with Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
o Experience in the analysis, implementation and support of complex network systems, including cloud solutions.
o Virtualization and VMWare Clustering
o Analyze current FS360 customer database needs and implement a solution which meets the needs of all. Work closely with Sales team, eROC, and Management to ensure effective interface with other solutions already in place.
o Use current customer data to establish up-selling strategy and manage large account Client marketing up-selling strategy
o Support the prioritization, and control of projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the FS360 customer
o Support and facilitate consultation with the FS360 customer to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
o Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices. Advise, counsel, and educate FS360 customers on their competitive or financial impact.
o Support and facilitate consultation with FS360 customers to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
o Ensure customer service initiatives support company goals and priorities.
o Train Engineers on effective use in implementation and ongoing support of selected Cloud Solutions
Knowledge and Experience:
o Excellent communication skills, written and oral and in group settings
o Ability to effectively drive solutions in a complex work environment with differing priorities
o Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems
o Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
o In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT
o Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management
o Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems
o Proven strong leadership and project management skills
o Strongly prefer experience in technology sales
o Ability to stay current with ESI internal System Changes
o Detailed Oriented
o Exceptional time management abilities
o Other Duties as required
o Knowledge of: Microsoft, Cisco, Client, HP and other supported products/solutions, ConnectWise, N-Able
o Must have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience (10 years experience working in IT),
o Preferred: VCP, MCSE or MCSA, ITIL Foundation
