Lead Technicians are needed to support the tech refresh and scripted deployment of Windows 7.
The Leads will be responsible for directing other technicians, execution of scripts, asset tracking of Legacy equipment and new equipment, Workstation decommission, communicating with client and end users, acting as SPOC for issues onsite for the deployments, and hardware setup. Resources could be supporting multiple locations, but not more than 1 per deployment.
Main support location will vary based on deployment activity. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to keep up with various process changes and administrative tasks that will occupy approximately 25% of your lead duties.
Current hours average 20 hours per week or less depending on JPMC scheduling. Lead will be provided with work schedule 1 week prior. If there are no deployments scheduled for that week, you will not be scheduled to be onsite.
General work hours are as follows: Deployment - 2pm CST/3pm EST until completion of deployment/Day 1 Support- 7am-10am
