We are looking to hire a IT Systems Analyst III for a Contract position in Houston, TX. IT Systems Analyst III SUMMARY
Scope: Involvement in approved projects related to the Microsoft Windows desktop Operating Systems that require additional help to meet the timelines and completion dates during the development and implementation phases. DUTIES
Work in a coordinated group to research and implement solutions based on project oriented tasks and duties. Work in coordination with team leads, project managers, and distributed support staff throughout the infrastructure to complete project timelines in an efficient manner. Assist in the day-to-day support and operations as needed to ensure project timelines / goals are met. Provide incident and problem resolution; rapid response to field requests and logged incidents. Attend project meetings and present deliverables as well as status updates to the team and Client(s). Provide solutions to Desktop support members that improve upon efficiency in daily operational tasks. SKILLS REQUIRED
Highly self-motivated individual who must be familiar with Desktop/Server technologies relating to operations in an enterprise environment. In-depth working knowledge of 32-bit/64-bit Windows Operating Systems such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. In-depth working knowledge of Active Directory as it relates to Desktop Security access and permissions in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of scripting languages and how to use/create automated methods for accomplishing tasks when applicable. Possess strong communication skills to promote and develop strategies based on team decisions. Possess strong writing skills to develop documentation for processes and procedures to support proposed and implemented strategies. Ability to demonstrate and train groups of people in a conference room and/or lab environment to assist with troubleshooting issues and supporting the documented strategies that are implemented. In-depth working knowledge of Virtual Machines relating to VMware usage for testing solutions and troubleshooting issues. In-depth working knowledge of Client Management Suite technologies such as Microsofts SCCM, Altiris Client Management Suite 6.x, and various other technologies relating to Client Management. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Including Outlook Email) effectively to create documentation for supporting project goals and provide weekly status updates of assigned duties. Provide support to Client(s) that may require office visitations within the enterprise. Interact positively with customers in all situations including environments which are highly sensitive or politically charged. Flexible schedule to provide 24x7 support coverage. This includes the ability to provide support during weekends / holidays as needed during emergencies. EDUCATION Preferred: Bachelors Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science

Management Information Systems PERFORMANCE CRITERIA Demonstrate the ability to quickly resolve issues and provide working solutions that can be used to standardize technical resolutions.
