Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform installation, maintenance and support of system software and users.
• Perform configuration, debugging and support for multiple infrastructure platforms.
• Monitor and tune platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved.
• Perform installation, maintenance and support of hardware and infrastructure on small to mid-sized projects
• Perform root cause analysis for service interruption recovery; create preventative measures and present to the management team.
• Assist in engineering and roll-out implementation.
• Ability to assist others and provide on the job training or guidance
• Translate user issues to determine an appropriate technical solution.
• Other ad hoc tasks as specified

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree
3 years of relevant work experience
Ability to travel 20% of the time
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent degree in a similar field of study
Working Knowledge of the PC (hardware, software and operating system) is essential.
Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings.
