Title: IT Tech II
Location: Sheboygan, WI
Provide support for the purchase, installation, maintenance and use of personal computer hardware and software in the Company.
Assists with end-user questions and problems utilizing help desk system.
Work with end-users to resolve their educational and training needs.
Install software and peripherals and troubleshoot basic hardware problems.
Assists with user administration and support in Active Directory, Email, and Citrix.
Actively participate in the management of inventory of all company laptops, PCs, and workstations.
Work with end-users to configure and troubleshoot mobile phone issues.
Help with the development of Junior level Help Desk staff.
Maintains currency in new developments and technology.
Conduct research on new technology, as requested.
General - Thoroughness and attentiveness to details. Must maintain integrity of confidential information. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Specific - College degree in computer related field of study, minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, proficiency using Microsoft products, and ability to train on the general use of Microsoft products. Experience repairing and replacing hardware components, terminating network cables, imaging PCs, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a methodical manner.
