You will be responsible for the on time, within budget, and quality delivery of Data Warehouse projects supporting multiple business functions. You will work closely with cross functional teams – both IT and the business - and will be accountable for the design, build, documentation, deployment, and support of data capabilities for the projects in your area. You will be part of a team of IT professionals – including enterprise and solution architecture, project delivery, and operations – that will deliver NetApp Enterprise DW/BI solutions. Project management, excellent communication, strong technical background, and experience partnering with cross functional business are essential for success in this role.
Contribute to the DW/BI strategy by partnering with the business functions for a solid and execute roadmap.
Partner closely with the business functions, data owners, and source system SMEs to understand the business requirements and deliver data capabilities required to develop DW/BI solutions in the respective business areas.
Manage a team of data analysts, ETL designers & developers, ETL & database administrators, and consultants to perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, project planning, and to deliver and support data capabilities.
Partner with the enterprise architects, solution architects, and data modelers to deliver robust, scalable and flexible solution that aligns with DW/BI strategy, architectural standards, and best practices.
Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate any dependency risks with upstream or downstream applications.
Manage the SDLC process for DW/BI projects and align with the NetApp PMO guidelines and processes.
Manage stakeholder communication for the projects in your area. Job Requirements Experience with IT project management including DW/BI methodologies and implementation is a must.
Experience building and maintaining Enterprise Data Warehouse in Fortune 500 companies.
Good understanding of cross functional business functions in a high-tech company.
Strong process focus, able to see opportunities for improvement in IT process and application that enable business values.
Ability to present complex ideas and options at any stage of Business Intelligence lifecycle in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong motivation to leverage Business Intelligence to enhance NetApp business value and improve business process.
Ability to manage enterprise project SDLC process and focus on the delivery and mitigating risks during the implementation cycles.
Ability to maintain strong partnership with business stakeholders.
Familiarity with the PMO process.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required; 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or related field is required; or equivalent experience.
