Associates or Bachelors degree in information technology
or similar field. Experience may substitute for
education.
2-3 years experience in fast paced help desk
environment, preferably supporting demanding high end
users.
Ability to quickly identify and repair hardware
problems, handle installations and move/add/change
requests.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong documentation, organization and follow-up skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certifications desired but not required.
