Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of ITC Planning Analyst located in Houston, TX through May 20, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).

Position Details:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Supports the preparation of quality business plans for ITC and the IT Function along with performance monitoring deliverables per the planning cycle. Integrates new and changing processes into the planning cycle which include portfolio prioritization, asset lifecycle plans and cost distribution simplification.
  • Supports the preparation of key financial documents/templates as required by the Corporation.
  • Develops, implements and/or adheres to controls that ensure the accuracy and consistency of financials, OE and other data for IT and ITC.
  • Monthly reporting activities include scorecards, metrics tracking, along with quarterly and annual submissions to the Corporation.
  • Prepares engagement decks on behalf of the CIO for the corporate offices which includes presentations for the Business Performance Review (BPR) Committee, the CIO LT, the ITC LT, Townhalls, etc.
  • Strong partnerships and coordination with ITC Finance, ITC Organizations, Commercial Services, Benchmarking Team, Operating Model, and the Opco planners to build, understand and execute business plans.
  • Facilitates and/or provides support for Leadership Team(s), e.g. PPP xFLT.
  • Mentors and supports other team members, and covers for supervisor as needed.
  • Other projects as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Analytical experience.
  • Excellent coordination & prioritization skills.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and business engagement skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Well versed in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with management presentations and planning deliverables.
  • Experience working within SharePoint.

    Relocation Options:
    Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

    International Considerations:
    Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
