Position Description :

The ITO Business Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and tracking the financial metrics for the IT Outsourcing practice. The Analyst will operate as a liaison between ITO, Finance, Service Delivery, Marketing, Product and Sales to deliver best-in-class reporting, KPIs, processes and procedures. The ITO Business Analyst will deploy methodologies and establish best practices using creative and innovative techniques that facilitate results for ITO.

Position Objectives:

Coordinate with ITO lead to ensure metrics, concepts and financials are developed to align with the strategic objectives
  • Work with Finance, Sales, Service Delivery leads to develop and execute on program-level plans for ITO KPIs and Financials, and supporting data requirements are complete and timely
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations to drive ITO KPIs and analytics surrounding sales performance, WIN/Loss, and SFDC data mining
  • Provide thought leadership and direction on the best practices for establishing the practice financials, modeling, budgeting and forecasting of the business
Essential duties:

Collaborate on the production and adoption of the ITO practice P&L and related Client level P&Ls
  • Gather requirements for ITO analytics requirements from adjunct teams (LDP, Sales Ops, Service Delivery) incorporate in analytics and reporting
  • Document ITO requirements for back office application support and recommend system improvements Provide specialization in the financials of the ITO practice
  • Develop standardized KPIs, reporting, business operations policies and practices for ITO
  • Engage in requirements gathering and solution(s) for improved data collection (SharePoint, SFDC) in support of ITO analytics
  • Work with ITO Leadership on managing the practices budgeting and forecasting of revenue, bookings, and margin targets
  • Additional tasks as assigned
Required skills:

Deep Financial management/analytics experience, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, business cases,
  • Knowledge in financial modeling of services; costing, headcount, OpEx and CapEx, outsourcing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; apply knowledge and creativity to resolve complex issues
  • Self-starter with significant personal initiative who operates effectively in dynamically-changing market
  • Strategic thinker with services business and/or IT outsourcing knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in all directions
  • Proficiency with, Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Power Point, SharePoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with various business units
  • Must be a team player and leader of peers

Education or Equivalent Experience:

5-7 Years of related industry experience in financial analysis
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required. A period of development after MasterĀ“s degree OR substantial professional / technical development after BachelorĀ“s degree; MBA, CPA, or CMA certification preferred
