Job Description:
Title: IVR Developer
Duration: Long Term
Location: Detroit, MI

Job Responsibilities:
This position will be working on the UCCE project and implementation.

Perform development and troubleshooting specifically working with an IVR platform based on Cisco CVP and Nuance voice recognition as part of unified Voice Operations team in Cisco UCCE contact center environment.

Develop Java-based IVR applications in Cisco CVP and Nuance environment.
Consult with business and technical stakeholders regarding Cisco CVP and Nuance products and solutions
Monitor system operations in Cisco CVP environment.
Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, change management and security controls.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Cisco CVP Experience
IVR Programming
Java and VXML Programming

Required Skills/Experience:
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
IVR development in Nuance and Cisco CVP environment (version 7 or above).
Java development in Eclipse IDE.
VXML development.
SDLC preferred.
Cisco ICM script development (version 8 or above).
CTI Integration and Web Services interaction components.
Cisco UCCE troubleshooting preferred.

Proficiency with NAS preferred
Working knowledge in use of MS SQL Server Management Studio and SQL queries.
Working knowledge in use of Cisco Response Applications (CRA) Historical Reports or Exony reporting.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years related experience preferred.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
