This position is the definition of the "Power
of One" during its every day tasks. From wake up calls to
emergency response, Ideal Services Agents communicate with all
entities in the hotel in many different capacities. As the
hotel's communication center, there is very little down time so
the ability to work effeciently and to multi-task is
vital. Attention to detail in performing tasks
such as: making wake up calls, responding to guest inquiries,
and relaying messages is of utmost
importance.

The Ideal Candidate for this Position

1) Ability to
satisfactorily communicate in English with all callers, to their
understanding.

2) Ability to
provide legible messages in English.

3) Ability to
compute basic mathematical
calculations.

4) Previous customer service
experience.

5) Willingness and ability to
work varied shifts, including nights and
weekends.

6) Previous
experience in Reservations or Telephones strongly
preferred.

7) Knowledge of
computer system and telephone system strongly
preferred.
