Job Description This is a multi-faceted position in which the individual will work closely with new and existing SEDC customers to implement and support the Imaging Software application. Duties include but are not limited to:

Implementation and Training
  • Requirements & specifications gathering
  • Travels to customers for on- site implementation and training of software
  • Works to ensure smooth transition to the post-conversion use of data
  • Conducts testing to assure requirements for data content, quality and integrity are met
  • Builds beneficial customer relationships, working with department heads & IT personnel at customer locations
Customer Support:
  • Provides customer service and support, via telephone and while on-site
  • Document and track support calls
  • Rectify issues in a timely matter

Qualifications Job Requirements:
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to wear multiple hats
  • Excellent customer service and product support skills
  • Must have strong analytical and organization skills
  • Must be a team player, be able to take some direction and follow through
  • Strong understanding of software applications
  • Implementation experience
  • Customer Support experience
  • Must be able to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
  • B.A. in related field

  • Imaging Software experience
  • Experience in a coop or utility would be a plus
  • Experience working with accounting and/or billing software

Additional Information Salary Range: $50-60K
