Support the vendor management requirements detailed in the contract for outsourced imaging functions.
SunTrust must provide in-house support for monitoring vendor exceptions and service level agreements.
The selected teammate will be responsible for completing quality reviews of images processed by our vendor and/or researching and ensuring image vendor exceptions are resolved.
Responsible for administrative duties and other operations functions within a banking operations unit.
Complex problem solving, analysis, monitoring and exception resolution in a highly complex and high risk of monetary loss and/or client impact environment. Interact directly with internal and external clients to resolve issues by telephone or in writing. Cross trained in department responsibilities. Assist in the coordination, prioritization and scheduling of work, department training and policy and procedure reviews and updates. May participate in project work.
Ideal Candidate Will Have -
2-years Document Image experience including document indexing/validation
2-years Mortgage document experience
- Detailed oriented, organized, analytical
- Data entry experience within Excel and Access
High school degree or GED.
4 years of relevant work experience in a branch or operations banking environment.
Thorough understanding of branch and operational procedures and policies and an understanding of applicable banking regulations.
Proficient PC and CRT skills.
Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
