Imaging Support Specialist
Location – Warrington, PA
Contract – 1 year
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. The Imaging Support Specialist will be responsible for Image processing of study data in accordance to the study specific guidelines.
Overview of the Role
Format Translation of study image data into (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) DICOM format
Film Scanning and masking as required for study requirements
Hardware/software troubleshooting in support of customer needs
Responsible to participate in image data processing workflow development
Responsible to provide remote technical support for off-site, off-hours activities
Provide technical support to troubleshoot and appropriately escalate technical issues related to image display and related processes
Participate in project team meetings providing Core Lab processing status
Acts in a proactive and responsive manner to deliver project specific requirements within timelines
To undertake other duties as is reasonably suitable to meet project needs
Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international
Role Requirements / Skills / Experience Required
High School Diploma or local equivalent
Associates Degree preferred
Trained in Good Clinical Practices
Trained in Good Documentation Practices
Excellent Organizational, Documentation and Communication skills
Proficiency in business computer skills
