What does an Implementation Manager do?
The primary function for this position is to ensure the timely, cost effective and professional implementation of the Allora platform for new Allora clients.
The Implementation Manager is a client facing responsibility and requires professional communication skills, timely and professional responses to requests and the ability to work in collaboration with Intouch, Allora Health, prospects, clients and client marketing agencies.
Assist in pre-implementation discovery of configuration and custom requirements including system configuration, hosting, integration and client timeframe expectations.
Assist in quality reviews.
Assist team members in developing documentation for prospecting, proposals and other business development activities.
Participate in RFI/RFP preparation and pricing and other client presentation materials.
Assist account and creative teams in the formation of attainable schedules.
Track and report progress against published schedules to all stakeholders.
Facilitate the configuration of Allora instances including but not limited to user setup, badging, naming, the enabling and disabling of features as well as integrations to external systems.
Assist in the promotion of Allora content through the various development and staging environments.
Facilitate account and client teams with environment reviews throughout the content promotion process.
Provide configuration and content guidance.
Facilitate training activities as part of the on-boarding process.
Track and report change orders to all stakeholders.
Assist with prioritization of work items for support (hotfix) releases.
Provide basic environment support.
Investigate reported issues, escalating to technical resources when necessary.
Log issues, bugs and change orders.
What are we looking for?
5 + years of IT project management experiences
Demonstrated project definition and planning skills.
Successful track record of delivering projects on scope, on time, on budget and on quality.
Well honed communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to communicate technology matters to business partners and vice-versa.
Proven ability to obtain results in a large corporate, matrixed environment.
Capable of gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale.
Proven ability to make and implement tough decisions.
