We are seeking an Implementation Manager to work either in one of our local offices or remotely to be responsible for deploying our applications successfully so they are able to showcase their ability to improve client ROI, increase customer satisfaction levels, and boost overall revenue. You will ensure that projects of new and existing clients are executed flawlessly while nurturing open and productive working relationships. You will also deliver the highest level of customer service and collaborate with a core group of targeted clients leveraging your technical know-how. Your success as a Project Manager will open up growth opportunities for you within the company.

An Implementation Manager is the person who has the overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of a project. He or she must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills.

What you need to bring?

- BS or BA degree
- Minimum of 2+ years managing the deployment of software solutions within client organizations
- Proven project-management, interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail
- 2+ years of leadership experience; strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skill
- Proficient understanding of web based technologies, architecture and languages
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
- Consistent track record of success and achievement and ability to share lessons learned along the way
- PMP Certification an asset
