At Fluid, you will be responsible for the customer implementations for all of our products. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience leading ecommerce projects, is technically minded and is excited about the world of SaaS. You should be incredibly organized and thrive in high energy environments. Focus is on customer satisfaction and on-time project delivery.

You should have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out. Responsibilities: Lead customer implementations and function as the product expert Project management (schedules, time tracking, clear communication, risk management, staffing, change orders and contracts) Ensure client engagements are delivered in a manner which meets/exceeds client expectations – directly accountable for customer satisfaction Work with and manage vendor and outsourced teams to ensure quality work and on time delivery Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to identify enhancements and new features to speed and simplify the implementation process and improve the product as a whole Participate in sales meetings and be seen as a credible, responsive implementation manager. Contribute to process improvement and documentation updates to support training materials and client facing documentation Be enthusiastic, client-facing, and willing to do what it takes to see through to client success Thrive in a startup mentality with a quotwhatever it takesquot approach to accomplishing goals Requirements: 4+ years in a Client Services role at an enterprise software company or digital agency. Experience delivering SaaS software, ideally in the ecommerce vertical Project management experience with a proven track record of doing whatever it takes to make a project successful while building process to make it easier the next time around Excellent client management instincts and abilities, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence and experience in facilitation.

Basic knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem Demonstrated success in solving problems with creative solutions Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical and functional details and processes in a simple and clear manner Experience directly interacting both with internal and external clients Experience managing vendor teams and outsourced resources Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious Broad experience and/or proven interest in merchandising for online retail and a solid understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and social media space BS/BA About Fluid Our on-demand visual merchandising suite and award-winning digital agency services incite consumer action.
