Drives site-specific planning, including creation and customization of implementation plans. Leads site-specific management, including: tracking, site-specific issue & risk management, plan management, conversion management, communications and status reporting. Facilitates feedback from hospitals, divisions, other corporate departments, and vendors to corporate Parallon management concerning project updates, issues, system improvements and solutions to ongoing implementation problems.

Major Responsibilities

(percentage of time spent on each responsibility over the course of a year.)

15% Leads the implementation planning for a market. Supports business owner strategy planning at a division or market level. Responsible for creation of a repeatable implementation plan and process based on the implementation pilot

15% Creates and manages business/technical relationships with facilities, internal business stakeholders, internal IT&S relationships, and implementation-related vendors, as well as outside businesses (Lifepoint, etc.). Primary client is the facility. Facilitates relationship between IT&S, Parallon, and division/market staff if appropriate.

30% Integrates other product implementations into timeline. Integrates local/facility administrative goals and division goals into implementation plans. Identifies future project goals and integrates into implementation plans. Identifies cross-project needs.

30% Coordinates the execution of active projects and issue resolution across IT&S, Parallon, HCA, vendors, and outside business units.

10% Trains and mentors other clinical staff and client staff in products, processes, procedures, and relationships.

Qualifications

Experience

5-7 years Relevant Work Experience

Other preferred/required experience:
Experience implementing clinical software required.

Customer service orientation and/or training required.

Education

College Graduate Preferred/Experience may be substituted

Ability to travel up to 75-100% of the time.
