We are seeking an Implementation Manager to assist in the on-boarding of new projects within the United States.
The Implementation Manager will be responsible for the new project within our client facilities until it is turned over to the operations team. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail with proven ability to meet preset goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Work collaboratively with the Implementations Director, client staff and Cardon Outreach employees to set up processes in a timely manner
Address client issues as they arise
Hire and train new staff, assigns workloads and develops work schedules
Assists with the development and revision of department processes and procedures
Monitors billing procedures and documentation, and provides updates with regulatory compliance
Effectively completes goals set by both the client and the Operations team.
Managing up to 3 implementation at one time
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels, functions and geographies to realize needs and provide solutions
Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Proven track record of managing multiple teams within multiple regions
Working knowledge of computer functions including the internet and computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn in-house computer applications.
Heavy travel required
Willingness to relocate as necessary
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3-5 years of Medicaid/Medicare experience
