Description: Arbour Counseling Services offer In-Home
Therapy/FST as part of our Community Services Division to assist
parents and other caregivers in stabilizing children and adolescents
under the age of 21. Services develop a structured, consistent,
strength- based therapeutic relationship between licensed clinicians
and the youth and family in the home and/or community for the purpose
of treating behavioral health needs, improving the family’s
ability to provide effective support for the youth, and improve the
youth’s function within the family. Applicants who have prior
experience working with children and families are preferred.
The program uses a multi-disciplinary team approach.
Clinicians are paired together to make teams focusing on family
treatment, parenting and behavior management, along with an awareness
of community services and resources.

group or individual setting for at least one year and a Masters
degree in Social Work or related field. Applicants should be team
oriented and energetic. All applicants must have own
