The Inbound Sales & Service Agent will build and develop strong customer
relationships by actively listening, providing quality service and effective
solutions to issues in a professional, courteous manner. Focus and identify the needs of each customer in an effort to provide enhanced product(s) and service offerings which would add value to the relationship.

After completing and successfully passing a 5-week training session the Sales & Service Agent will respond/handle phone inquiries from customers and bank associates (inbound) regarding all UMB bank products. Responsible for entering comments into the on-line call history system to document each call. Keep informed about all UMB bank products and services. Cross-sell the appropriate products and services to customers. Meet established department goal for new accounts. Demonstrate exceptional phone skills. Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrate good time management skills and self- motivation. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.

Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm (a day off during the week) and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm.
