DUTIES

Inbound Customer Care Agents (“CCA”) receive product knowledge, customer service skills and system training during the training session. CCAs are responsible for successfully receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries within all operating company and regulatory guidelines and including, but not limited to: billing issues, trouble reports, outage information, credit information, company products and other customer inquiries. Database input of phone/fax/web orders and relative data. All CCAs are supported by training and management teams who are dedicated to assisting all CCAs to meet or exceed goals. In addition, VXI’s Quality Assurance department is responsible for monitoring calls to ensure each and every CCA is performing their job to the company standards.
