This position leads and manages a team of 30+? associates who work both inbound and outbound calls regarding our products. ? Qualifications: · Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center · Experience managing associates in a fast-paced atmosphere · Ability to evaluate and coach associates · Strong work ethics · Must have a professional appearance · Fast learner with creative problem solving abilities · Goal-oriented and team player · Excellent communication skills · MUST be proficient using the computer Our organic growth has outpaced the industry's growth rates since our inception.
