Income Audit Manager
Responsible for the overall management of the income audit department, devise and implements income audit procedures, forms, reconciliation, variance reporting and follow up. Selects, schedules, directs, supervises, trains and develops income audit team. Ensures all revenue generated by retail, parking, food and beverage and gaming operations is properly recorded, reconciled and documented. Reconciles cash collected to revenue report as generated by POS, MGAM, DRS and other systems as adopted by the company. Develops, implements and ensure compliance to department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls. Prepares the daily, weekly, and month-end gaming revenue reports. Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times. Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.

Selects, schedules, directs, supervises, trains and develops staff. Works with the accounting department to capture revenue. Coordinates design and implementation of income audit-related forms. Ensures compliance of all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. Participates in special projects that requires audit expertise. Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
Physical and Mental
Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Must have excellent PC skills. Ability to perform reconciliation, create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data. Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations. Ability to effectively formulate and communicate ideas. Ability to review and evaluate performance of team, allocate, coordinate and assign resources. Mathematical and statistical aptitude. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.
Must have three (3) years similar experience in gaming or hospitality industry. Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field. Must have strong planning, mathematical analytical, organizational, communication and delegation skills. Must be a team player. Minimum 18 years old and have the ability to obtain appropriate license pursuant to NY State Lottery regulations.
