The Income Audit Supervisor oversees the audits of the daily property revenue figures and supporting accounting records and documents. This position reports directly to the Income Audit Manager. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Position Requirements


  • Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
  • Associates degree or a combination of experience and education required.
  • Proficient in use of 10-key adding machine.
  • One to two years previous experience in accounting or income auditing field required.
  • Basic knowledge of casino and slot processing related computer operation preferred. Broad knowledge of the internal and accounting control procedures of casino operation preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) to two (2) years experience as a supervisor in related field required

  • Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:

  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
  • Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.
