We are a new San Diego based company that provides "as needed" senior Registered Nurse specialists in plastic and cosmetic surgery, laser procedures, and dermatology to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Medi-Spas in Southern California. We make profits for doctors through enabling them to offer services to their patients with no increase to their practices' overhead expenses. We are not a registry or a per-diem casual organization. Our nurses have 5 - 10 years’ experience in OR surgery, dermatology and related disciplines. We are currently seeking a B2B independent contractor sales professional with strong industry experience, presentation, and relationship-building skills to educate, promote, and sell our unique value proposition to the physician and other stakeholders in the medical practice. Job Title: Orange County Services Sales Representative

Job Duties: Prospect, call on, qualify, and close services contracts with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other healthcare providers to use our nurses in their OR and procedure rooms. Communicate our value proposition to expand the physician's practices using our services. Listen actively to potential clients or partners to assess needs and respond with individually tailored solutions as approved by the company. Report sales activity and progress regularly through written pipeline reports and conference calls.

Income potential:
Initially, this is a 1099, 100% commission based opportunity. We pay generous commissions on deals you locate and close for us for as long as the contract is active. Commissions are based on net invoices and rates are determined by realized services margins. There is no cap on your earnings potential, and commissions can start soon after you close your first deal. Realistic first-year commissions can top $75 - $100K or more and significant quick-close incentives and short term commission bonuses are possible. This situation is ideal if you already call on physicians for other principals and/or products.

Requirements:
B2B experienced medical sales professionals
Honesty and integrity in all dealings
Respectful, friendly and courteous
Strong desire to be a part of a new company and contribute to overall growth
Flexible schedule
Valid CA driver's license and insurance

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree, and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Background in medical services sales or medical device sales, and/or marketing preferred
Local market rolodex at-hand
