We are looking for an Independent Living Skills Training and Development Services (ILST-D)

*As an ILST provider you will work one to one with varying people with a brain injuries*. You will be providing comprehensive person centered services to increase the participant’s chances of living independently in the community.

Education requirements:

OR

High School diploma and 3 years of similar experience

OR

Bachelors degree and 2 years of similar experience

Registered O/T or P/T
Speech-Language Pathologist
Registered Professional Nurse
Certified Special Ed. Teacher
Certified Rehab Counselor
Master of Social Work; or
Master of Psychology

AND

one year experience completing functionally based assessments, developing a comprehensive treatment plan and teaching individuals with disabilities to be more functionally independent.
