Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Achieve sales objectives. b. Attend and achieve all training requirements for indirect channel personnel.
c. Implement approved compensation plans and support competitive analysis and review effectiveness of programs.
d. Implement channel segmentation through local knowledge, competition and regional direction e. Support territory growth.
f. Support local promotional events for indirect channel/3rd party retail channels and coordinate resources for local markets.
g. Support reporting requirements and forecasts.
h. Support locations through frequent store visits as directed by Indirect Sales Manager.
i. Responsible for following, supporting, and enforcing all internal control processes and procedures.
a. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
b. Experience: Indirect/third party retail sales experience obtained over 2-5 years in successful indirect sales.
c. Skills Summary: Excellent communication and sales skills and experienced problem resolution skills.
a. Skills: Wireless industry desirable, ability to lead and influence others, diplomacy in communications, negotiate from a “win – win” perspective, complete Sprint product line, pricing and services, thorough knowledge of features and operations of all Sprint products.
