The Indirect Channel Success Manager is responsible to support the Indirect Channel Managers and the Indirect Channel customer base, primarily by driving high customer satisfaction through renewal activities, ticket follow up and facilitating resolution, agent liaison, and superior communication to all.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following (other duties may be assigned):
  • - Responsible for building long-term relationships with new and existing agents and customers throughout entire life cycle
  • - Support Channel Manager, Agents, and Customers on post-sale needs
  • - Liaison between multiple departments to drive resolution of initiatives
  • - Track daily activities and monthly results
  • - Provide reports on activity and results as needed by management
  • - Conduct customer and agent training on specific system use
  • - Assist with customer renewal processes
  • - 2+ years of telecom related experience preferred
  • - Ability to work as a team and individually
  • - Must have excellent communications skills both on the phone and in electronic format
  • - Must have excellent organizational skills
  • - Must become proficient in working within Telesphere systems, Microsoft business tools, and other communication tools
  • - 4 year degree preferred
  • - High School Diploma required
