Description
The Customer Experience Team supports all back office operations of the Customer Fulfillment Network in achieving their VOCM targets and goals.

Job Requirements:
· Complete analytics on VOCM instruments; provide viable recommendations and mange their implementation
· Complete VOCM, Productivity and Operational Excellence Performance management of bottom 40% performers
· Conduct projections of future performance based on historical trends
· Predict impact of proposed initiatives on metric performance
· Manipulate data to draw statistical inferences Identify root causes and propose continuous improvement solutions
Qualifications

Ability to predict impact of proposed initiatives on metric performance
· Ability to manipulate data to draw statistical inferences
· Ability to identify root causes and propose continuous improvement solutions
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required as the job involves extensive interaction and feedback with various levels from associate to management levels
· Ability to perform in fast paced changing environment
· High initiative and energy level with good influencing and collaboration skills
· PC proficiency in MS Office Suite
· Flexibility and ability to multi task
· Will to Win Attitude in influencing and driving change
· Strong Team Player
· BS in Industrial Engineering
· Six Sigma SQL preferred
· Minitab and SQL (plus)
· MS/ MBA a plus
