Schaeffler is seeking an
to conduct cost estimates as well as define manufacturing methods and processes and the correlating SOPs. Additionally, this position will perform time studies, capacity analyses and layout/product flow analyses. As required, this position will also establish training programs for new employees, implement special projects and facilitate Kaizen events.
Qualified candidates will have:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a related role
Additionally, the candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word as well as have knowledge in simulation software
Qualified candidates will have strong verbal and written communication skills
