Our staffing opportunities are available in virtually all occupations within the Professional or Administrative, and Industrial sectors. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Staffing team as a sales representative and recruiter.
Coordinates placement of temporary, temporary to hire, and permanent staff for clients. Interacts with public, applicants and clients on a daily basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Staffing, Recruitment, and HR Responsibilities:
I nterview and screen potential employees. Match candidates to work orders. Recruit candidates using local, state, and national media. Schedule interviews between clients and candidates. Coordinate pay rates for candidates and rates for clients. Assist payroll with timecards, documentation and payroll issues. Staffing support to clients, managers, and employees on employee relation concerns. Work with clients to mitigate and resolve employee relation issues.
Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Make telemarketing calls to potential clients to generate business. Responsible for cold sales calls to generate business. Prepare marketing packages for potential clients. Maintain activity reports for productivity verification. Work on special projects as required Attend Networking activities, career fairs, and professional association meetings.
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 2+ years experience working in a staffing and sales environment. Sales background preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. This position requires supervision of all contract employees during their 90-day probationary period with clients.
Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience in a placement/staffing/sales environment.
