If so, Total Filtration Services, the leaders in filtration management, has an excellent career opportunity for a results oriented Territory Manager to support its Kansas City, Missouri branch calling on the a variety of industries within the state of Missouri. This key position is responsible for managing existing accounts and generating sales across all disciplines of filtration, selling to a myriad of industries.

The ideal candidate will have a background in successful commodity or route sales to the industrial market and enjoy a HIGH LEVEL OF SALES CALL ACTIVITY. This position offers an UNCAPPED INCOME POTENTIAL.

Responsibility Summary:
The Territory Manager is responsible for acquiring new business accounts requiring filtration services across our intended strategic market focus. Sales across all product lines of filtration will be required and expected.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prospect for and acquire new business at all volume levels by promoting the total filtration management concept.
•Maintain and grow sales to existing customer base.
•Determine and present opportunities for selling within multiple markets to existing customer base across multiple disciplines.
•Establish rapport and develop solid relationships with key customer contacts.
•Utilize media library for presentations to key purchasing personnel.
•Qualify and evaluate sales leads for optimal benefit to the territory.
•Evaluate filter applications for value optimization.
•Meet and exceed sales and margin targets.
•Utilize CRM software.
•Manage implementation of new accounts,including National Accounts.
•Maintain weekly sales and expense reports.
•Understand and utilize TFS business systems.
•Other responsibilities and special projects as assigned by supervisor.
Industry Experience:
Filtration or industrial sales experience preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid driver’s license in good standing required
Physical Demands:
•Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
•Ability to stand on your feet for up to one hour, intermittently, without a break
*Dexterity of fingers to allow for keyboard usage and CRM entry.
Work Environment:
Office and field environment
Travel Requirements:
Varies, depending on size of sales territory
May include overnight stays
