? Using Oracle Rack - Maintain high availability.
? Security management for Informatica:
• LDAP - change of the users instead of SQL login.
• Identity Minder - (Identity Manager) – support.
• Security tickets - Thru TSRM.
• Unix access - Open ticket for AOC to service. Specify which Unix group that goes into.
• Add to local Informatica group.
? Running scripts once a week - Identify which Unix groups user issue they are in and alert. If AOC has accidently added anyone to Informatica admin group, this process will alert.
? Incidents Management
a. System outages - follow the processes and procedures. Escalate to Tier-II on reaching threshold.
b. Repository services down/Issues
c. Integration services down/Issues
d. Network problems.
? Internally Health check of Informatica servers
a. Unix Core alert scripts - AIX - offshore to look at it and take action. If they do not know, escalate to Tier-2
b. Informatica services - core file - DTM - Weekend alerts - 3 alerts in 15 mins - offshore will need to check. Identify the workflow, identify the person and email the user for correction.
? Disk space - alert on threshold for disk space - Offshore will need to research.
? Work on File Retention Policy - Runs once a day to delete old files.
? Special tasks - We will routinely give adhok tasks to offshore. This is tracked separately..
