Provide IT support and services primarily to the Business and Finance Division of Georgia Southern University. Serve as technical liaison between Business and Finance customers and other technology service providers; work collaboratively with other technology professionals to leverage technology to provide business process improvements and solutions to business problems; assist in managing system accounts and extracting data and reporting from ERP systems; act as team member on various divisional IT projects.

Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (additional experience may substitute for some of the education requirement)
Minimum Experience Required:
One or more years of related work experience; customer service experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft and Macintosh operating systems; proficiency with PC computers and Microsoft Office Applications software, including work processing, spreadsheets and databases; proficiency with reporting software; knowledge of SQL; effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS; knowledge and understanding of a project methodology
