Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in related field (additional experience may substitute for some of the education requirement)
Minimum Experience Required:
Two or more years of related work experience; proficiency with PC computers and Microsoft Office Application software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; knowledge of website design and maintenance applications; knowledge and experience with various software packages; ability to work independently; understanding of web structures; ability to create web pages and add menu structures to existing websites; understanding of how the web works; ability to help update old web pages; graphic design experience with strong portfolio; effective communication (verbal and written), organization, and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
Minimum: $33,464 to Midpoint $41,831

Proficient with WordPress, Flash, Director, After Effect, Premier (video software); experience in multi-media design; proficient in Adobe Creative suite and MS Office products on the PC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Word); design skills with an eye for layout and typography; production skills, understanding of color space for printing and how to generate optimized, print-ready files; ability to retouch images or create icons; ability to write copy as needed.
