Ryan Partnership is seeking Interaction Designers who have experience connecting customers and brands through intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities for Interaction Designers include:
Participate in the brainstorming of and creation of concepts for best-in-class user experience
Create concept models, user interface sketches, and detailed schematics.
- Uncover and understand user requirements, business goals, and technical capabilities
Work closely with the Creative and IT teams to ensure the solidity of design systems
Incorporate customer insights and user-centered design principles throughout the creative process
Position Requirements :
At least 1+ year of experience working as an Information Architect, Interaction Designer, User Experience Designer or a similar role
Knowledge, motivation, and passion for user-centered design and user experience
Knowledge of best practices for web, tablet, and mobile information architecture and design
Demonstrated ability to produce low and high fidelity wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, and navigation models in a thorough, clean, and concise way using industry standard tools (Axure and OmniGraffle, preferable)
Able to collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Must be organized and able to switch rapidly between different projects fast-paced projects
A strong portfolio of work (online or PDF format) demonstrating the process of creating user-centered design solutions, (in wireframes) and end products.
Previous experience in any (or some) of the fields…
Preference is given to candidates who demonstrate a combination of strategic, conceptual and experience design chops.
